The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonably priced meals in the beautiful art nouveau style restaurant. The large rooms, with their creaky and characterful French charm, provide a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is ideal, right in the center of the town, down the hill from the village, allowing easy access to explore the charming surroundings.
Our stay at this hotel was ok.

Lovely room and view and the swimming pool, once it was up and running.
Lack of customer service skills throughout. The day we arrived, 1st July we thought that the pool area would be up and running but they were still sorting it out. The pool pump was not on so it didn't look inviting. If the area had been operational we wouldhave ordered drinks and lunch but nothing available. The dinner on offer was a very basic buffet for 25 euros so we went elsewhere. It felt like we were there out of season but it was the beginning of the summer season.

Fabulous French Charm! This hotel exceeded our expectations with its quaint and charming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a touch of creakiness that added to the authentic French character. The location was excellent, with the village just a short walk away, and we loved exploring the antique shop and indulging in delicious sweets from the local sweet shop.
While the hotel had its charms, we did notice a few downsides. The hotel could benefit from some investment, as certain areas showed signs of wear and tear.

Nice location, lovely architechture. Lovely antique furniture in room and hotel.
Restaurant was closed when we arrived, we were recommended to go to a nearby restaurant which was lovely and great value for money. The bar was closed when we got back to the hotel at 11pm - ridiculously early! Bathroom was lovely to look at but bathtub had no plug, and there was no shower curtain so had to shower kneeling in the bath and still got water over the floor.. Get some curtains please!

This hotel has a lot of character and charm. the entrance hall is grand and impressive, and the surrounding area is just beautiful. the breakfast buffet offers a good selection of items, and the fresh croissants are delicious. the location is very convenient, with many shops and restaurants nearby, and some of the city's main attractions are within walking distance.
The rooms are a bit outdated and could benefit from some modernization. the shower pressure could be stronger, and the temperature fluctuated frequently.

Excellent large room with balcony overlooking the park and a view of the countryside. Two minutes from the town centre where we were able to enjoy the open air jazz concert.
Not easy to park outside, but a hotel car parking about 5 minutes away.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel-I was truly impressed. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the establishment and the service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I noticed the staff's dedication to making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The basic amenities in the rooms were great, including a fridge to keep my drinks cold. Lastly, the location of this hotel was superb. Situated right in the centre of town, I was able to easily explore all that the area had to offer. Plus, the view from my room overlooking Parc Thermale was simply stunning.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were fantastic.

The rooms were way too hot. We had to open the window to let the heat out. This is the reason for the low score on comfort.

The spacious room, and even bigger bed; we have never slept in one so large. The beautiful town and easy parking added to the attraction. We didn't use the swimming pool as the weather was not suitable.
